and Canada.
Her credentials range from independent provider to administering over
500 providers and families. She attended Northwest

direct care provider as well as having a business background.

is a state certified instructor in CPR, First Aid, and CIT. He is a
field supervisor with extensive direct care experience. He holds a BA

*Gloria Hillard has a B.A. and Special Education Degree from Cal
State Northridge. She is a former LARC facility director overseeing
more than 100 residents. Ms. Hillard is our Training Director.

advisor to our adult client council. He holds a Special Education

*Charlie Ollmann is a family support therapist and advocate. She
has worked in the Valley for the past 12 years working extensively with
children with autism. Ms. Ollmann has acted as DD liaison between
schools and home. She attended Northwestern University.

*Amy Davis has taken care of family
members with disabilities. She also has many years experience as a
direct care provider. She is a field supervisor in Queen Creek,
Gilbert, and Chandler
locations.

Chicago and a Master in Teaching from National-Lewis with a specialty
in ESL. Nick is responsible for Behavior Specialist with Masters
