All positions require State and Guthrie certifications before applying. (See "Application Process" for more information.)

Attendant Care Provider:
Assisting individuals with daily living. Duties could include bathing, laundry, feeding, shaving, etc.

DTA - Day Treatment Adult Provider:
Working with adult individuals in a day program facility. Activities include group outings, daily news, cooking, exercise, journal writing, arts & crafts.

Habilitation Provider:
1:1 teaching of fundamental self-help and social skills including budgeting, cooking, leisure & recreational skills.

Respite Care Provider:
Provide respite relief to the primary care giver.

DTA Substitutes:
DTA is in need of providers available and willing to help on an On-Call basis. If you are available weekdays from 8:00am to 3:00pm and would like to be considered, contact Heather P. at 480.491.5553.
